Due to commence shortly, we are excited to announce this forthcoming rural development to provide 8 new affordable homes, including six affordable rent and two shared ownership.
The scheme will include a mix of one and two bed flats, along with two and three bed houses.
Through a collaboration with Classic Builders and West Devon Borough Council, Willow Tree Housing Partnership will utilise the fabric first approach to create these high standard homes, which are affordable to rent as well as run and will include EV charging points.
Anticipated to complete in early 2023.
